Rocky's Place — Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Free Standard Shipping — On all orders $150 and over
  • Standard Shipping — $8.00 | Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping — $15.00 | Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the USPS's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
