Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rocky’s Place, we want you and your pets to love every purchase. Because many of our products are consumable or wellness-related, we have a few guidelines in place to ensure product safety and quality for all customers.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags must still be attached (if applicable)
- Products must be accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened food or treats
- Opened supplements or wellness products
- Used toys or accessories
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift Cards
Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rockysplace1204@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item/package
- A brief description of the issue
We'll work quickly to make it right.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for processing
- Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, we recommend placing a new order and returning the eligible item separately.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end or a damaged item.
